Vigo the Carpathian in Ghostbusters II

Vigo the Carpathian (originally known as Vigo Von Homburg Deutschendorf, played by Wilhelm von Homburg) was a powerful seventeenth-century tyrant and magician trapped in a painting in the gallery at the Manhattan Museum of Art in Ghostbusters II (1989).
The Vigo Tapestry was a team effort, finalized and put together by Glen Eytchison and Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach, and the original oil painting was by Lou Police, but not used in the film. (details here)
