The Kramer from Seinfeld

Cosmo Kramer (played by Michael Richards) was Jerry Seinfeld’s doofus-hipster friend on NBC’s Seinfeld (1989-1998) The character of Kramer was originally based on the real-life Kenny Kramer, a neighbor of co-creator Larry David from New York, but Micheal made it a point to never meet him.
